Roger Waters brit rockzenész, basszusgitáros, énekes és zeneszerző, akit elsősorban a legendás Pink Floyd (1965–1985) együttes tagjaként ismernek. A zenekar fő dalszerzőjeként és szövegírójaként a progresszív rock klasszikus alkotásai fűződnek a nevéhez; a Pink Floydból való távozása után sikeres szólókarrierbe kezdett.
Az In the Flesh dupla CD (2000, Columbia) az 1999–2002 között zajló In the Flesh turné élő fellépéseit rögzíti. A 2 CD-n hallható anyag többsége 2000. június 27-én, az oregoni Portland Rose Garden Arenájában készült.
