A The Cure brit post-punk és gothic rock együttes, amelyet 1976-ban alapított Robert Smith énekes és gitáros Crawleyben, West Sussexben. Smith az együttes egyetlen állandó tagja az együttes története során, amely alatt a The Cure a generációjuk egyik legbefolyásosabb alternatív zenekarává vált.
A kétlemezes Curaetion (25th Anniversary Edition) DVD két 2018-as koncertet rögzít, amelyek a zenekar negyvenéves fennállását ünneplik. Az első lemez a Meltdown fesztivál (amelynek kurátora Robert Smith volt) 25. évfolyamának tizedik és záróestjét tartalmazza a londoni Royal Festival Hallban 2018 júniusában. Robert Smith, Simon Gallup, Jason Cooper, Roger O'Donnell és Reeves Gabrels kronológiai sorrendben előadtak egy-egy dalt mind a tizenhárom stúdióalbumukról, bemutatva ezzel a The Cure zenei evolúcióját. A második lemez a 2018. július 7-i jubileumi koncertet mutatja be a londoni Hyde Parkból, ahol 135 perc alatt 29 dal csendült fel 65 000 rajongó előtt. Ezek között szerepelt a Just Like Heaven, a Lovesong, a High és a The End Of The World.
Mindkét koncerten a következő felállás szerepel: Robert Smith (ének, gitár), Simon Gallup (basszusgitár), Jason Cooper (dob), Roger O'Donnell (billentyűk) és Reeves Gabrels (gitár).
