Az album három Top 10-es slágert hozott: a címadó One of These Nights (az együttes második listavezető kislemeze), a Lyin' Eyes (amelyet Grammy-díjjal jutalmaztak a legjobb pop előadás kategóriában) és a Take It to the Limit.
