The Book of Souls: Live Chapter 2017-ben jelent meg a Parlophone kiadónál dupla CD formátumban. A felvétel a The Book of Souls album 2016–2017-es világturnéját örökíti meg, amely hat kontinensen, 39 országban, több mint 2,8 millió néző előtt zajlott. Tony Newton producer 15 dalt válogatott össze japán, brazil, argentin, ausztrál, lengyel, kanadai, ír, olasz koncertekről, valamint a donningtoni és wackeni fesztiválokról. A repertoár klasszikusokat (The Trooper, Fear of the Dark, The Number of the Beast) és újabb számokat (Speed of Light, Death or Glory) egyaránt tartalmaz.
A turnén Steve Harris játszott basszusgitáron, billentyűkön és háttérvokálon, Nicko McBrain dobokon, valamint Janick Gers gitáron.
