Paul Weller brit énekes, dalszerző és gitáros, a 70-es és 80-as évek mod revival mozgalmának kulcsfigurája. Alapító tagja volt a The Jam (1976–1982) és a The Style Council (1983–1989) zenekaroknak, a 90-es évektől pedig elismert szólókarriert épített az alternative rock, a britpop és az electronic műfajokban.
A Will of the People 2022-es válogatáslemez a UMC kiadó gondozásában, amely Weller B-oldalait, ritkaságait és remixeit gyűjti össze 31 dalt tartalmaz, három LP lemezre elosztva. Találhatók itt remixek, mint például a Saturns Pattern Straightface/Young Fathers-féle remixe, vagy Richard Fearless feldolgozásában a Super Lekker Stoned, továbbá ritka demófelvételek, valamint a How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You) feldolgozása is.
