A Dio amerikai heavy metal zenekar volt, amelyet 1982-ben alapított Ronnie James Dio énekes és Vinny Appice dobos a Black Sabbathtől való távozásuk után. A zenekar 2010-ben, Dio haláláig működött.
Az Evil or Divine – Live in New York City című 2CD-s koncertlemez 2005-ben jelent meg a Spitfire Records kiadónál, és a 2002 decemberében New Yorkban, a Roseland Ballroomban rögzített koncertet örökíti meg. A felvétel 21 dalt tartalmaz a Dio teljes diszkográfiájából, köztük olyan klasszikusokat, mint a Holy Diver, a Rainbow in the Dark, a Heaven and Hell és a Children of the Sea. Ugyanez a koncert DVD formájában is megjelent.
Az albumon Scott Warren billentyűs és Doug Aldrich gitáros működött közre.
