A Ramble in Music City: The Lost Concert album egy 1990-es Nashville-i élő fellépés felvétele a The Nash Ramblers együttes kíséretében. A koncert 23 dalt tartalmaz Harris repertoárjából, köztük a Roses in the Snow-t, a Boulder to Birmingham-öt, valamint The Boxer és a Born to Run feldolgozásokat. Az albumon vendégként közreműködtek Sam Bush, Roy Huskey Jr., Larry Atamanuik, Al Perkins és Jon Randall Stewart. 2021-ben jelent meg bakeliten a Nonesuch kiadónál.
