A Thor egy Vancouverből származó kanadai heavy metal együttes, amely már a hetvenes évek óta aktív. Rockspektákulumával és a metalhoz való eredeti hozzáállásával kultikus hírnévre tett szert világszerte, és a mai napig járja a koncertszínpadokat.
Az Alliance album 2021-ben jelent meg a Cleopatra Records kiadónál, és tizenhét dalt kínál, amelyekben Thor a klasszikus heavy metalt power metal elemekkel és északi mitológiai motívumokkal ötvözi.
